Our Project
Möbelwerke A. Decker GmbH produces high-quality solid wood furniture from sustainable forestry in Germany. With over 100 years of traditional craftsmanship, Decker offers timelessly modern home furniture such as dining rooms, kitchens and office furniture. The company has received several awards for outstanding quality and climate-neutral production. Ecological sustainability is a core value of Decker.
As part of our project, we implemented solutions to record the activities of website visitors and interested parties. This enabled Decker to better understand the needs of its end customers and target its products and marketing activities accordingly.

Our Challenge
Decker sells its products to trading partners worldwide. However, there was hardly any knowledge about the end customers and their needs. The challenge for Decker was to record the activities of website visitors and interested parties and to obtain a comprehensive view of their target group.
