JAKO Selects Thorit and HubSpot for Strategic 3-Year CRM Transformation Initiative

  • Hohenlohe, Germany – 8th May 2025 – JAKO, one of Europe’s leading sportswear brands, has selected Thorit and HubSpot as key partners for an ambitious three-year Customer Relationship Management (CRM) transformation project aimed at unifying digital touchpoints, optimizing customer engagement, and driving sustainable growth.

    This strategic partnership will see Thorit, a leading digital consultancy specializing in CRM and development, and HubSpot, a global leader in customer platforms, work hand in hand with JAKO to roll out a fully integrated CRM solution tailored to the needs of a hybrid integrated sales organization and field-sales organization.

    The multi-year initiative will include:
  • The implementation of HubSpot as a central Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Seamless integration of e-commerce, marketing, and field sales workflows
  • Automation of customer journeys across web, email, social, and service channels
  • Real-time analytics to support personalized, data-informed decision-making

Thorit will lead the implementation and change management efforts, ensuring fast time-to-value and long-term alignment with JAKO’s digital vision.
