AI Enablement & Academy

Your teams learn to work with agents, from sales to leadership. We train on the real process, measure actual usage and close the gaps between how the system was designed and how everyday work runs.

Two colleagues stand at a desk, one pointing at a laptop screen, a green notebook lying beside the laptop.
An empty desk with an open laptop showing a blurred dashboard, a stack of blank sheets with a pen, a coffee cup and a small potted plant. Close view of two people's hands holding a tablet, one finger pointing at the screen, a green folder tucked under one arm. A woman points at her monitor while a younger colleague sits beside her at the desk, a green mug next to the keyboard.
What we look at

From a system that exists to one that is used.

Adoption is measured, not estimated

Who works in the system, which processes run in it end to end, where teams fall back on spreadsheets. Measures come out of the numbers, not out of gut feeling.

Training means enablement in context

Short, role-based formats on the real process instead of slide training in a seminar room: how the platform works, what an agent takes over and where a person decides. New joiners learn the system in a structured way rather than by word of mouth.

And we close the loop

Where users regularly get stuck, the process is usually the problem, not the user. Those findings flow back into the platform as improvements.

What you receive

Four things that turn a rollout into use.

Adoption measurement

Usage made visible: who works in the system, which processes run end to end, where teams work around it.

Role-based enablement

Short formats on the real process and on working with agents, for sales, marketing, service and leadership.

Optimisation backlog

Where users get stuck, the process is improved, prioritised by impact and delivered in operation.

Regular reviews

Usage, measures and impact discussed with the owners on a fixed cadence.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about AI Enablement & Academy

What does measurable adoption mean in practice?

Defined usage metrics instead of impressions: active users per team, completeness of the core processes in the system, data quality of mandatory fields. The numbers show where measures work and where they do not.

How do the training sessions run?

Role-based and on the real process: short sessions for sales, marketing and service, onboarding paths for new joiners and refreshers when processes change, remote or on site.

What if usage still does not go up?

Then it is almost always the process rather than the user: too many mandatory fields, unclear stages, duplicate data entry. That is exactly what the loop back into the platform is for, improvement instead of reminders.

When is this worth starting?

At go-live at the latest. The first 90 days decide whether a system becomes everyday practice or a dead record. It also works as a rescue programme for platforms already in place.

How does this connect to platform operation?

Closely: AI Enablement & Academy sits alongside the Operate retainer, and continuous optimisation runs in its Performance tier. Findings from adoption feed into Managed HubSpot Platform, Managed Custom Software and Managed AI Agents as requirements. One team, one roadmap.
