The Agentic Growth Stack Explained

Plan, Build, Operate, Automate: four phases that build on each other, each one ending in something usable rather than a presentation. Where you start depends on how far your data, platforms and processes already are.

THE FOUR LAYERS

Each layer has its own page

Four layers turn an enterprise agent-native: Plan, Build, Operate, Automate. HubSpot is the commercial backbone, custom software sits on top, and agents run inside both. Every layer is bookable on its own.

Available individually, transformative together.

How the layers connect

Clients enter at the layer where things are stuck for them and grow upward over 12 to 24 months. Every layer ends in something usable.

HubSpot as backbone, custom software on top, agents inside

The sequence is the point: agents only work once the processes, data and systems underneath them are clean.

Agents only work when the processes, data and systems underneath them are clean. That sequence is what the stack describes: first the target picture, then the platform, then operations, then the agents.

NATIVE FRAMEWORK

Where you stand is what the NATIVE framework measures.

This page describes what we build. How far a company already is on that path is what the NATIVE framework assesses — with its own dimensions, levels and method, on its own page.

WHAT SITS IN EACH LAYER

Four layers, four solutions each.

01 Plan · Vision → Roadmap

A quantified ROI model and an architecture blueprint, ready for leadership sign-off.

Data & AI Readiness · Platform & Custom Software Design · CRM Strategy & Process Design · Agentic Operating Model

02 Build · Chaos → Structure

A single source of truth, custom software live in weeks rather than quarters, AI-ready with no retrofitting later.

Enterprise CRM Platform (HubSpot) · Custom Software & Portals · Connected Data & Integrations · Dashboards, KPIs & Data Intelligence

03 Operate · Adoption → Performance

Measurable adoption within 90 days, recurring operations instead of a project end.

Managed HubSpot Platform · Managed Custom Software · Optimization, Training & Adoption · Compliance & Security

04 Automate · Manual → Autonomous

Agents take over recurring work, monitored, measurable and with a human approval at the end.

AI Agents & Copilots · AI Workflow Automation · Agent Monitoring & Optimization · AI Governance & Compliance

STEP 1

It starts with a workshop.

We sit down with the people who decide and establish where you stand: data, processes, systems, target picture. Half a day, no preparation marathon.

Two people sit across a white table with a sheet of paper and a tablet while a colleague pins blank cards to a grey felt board behind them.
STEP 2

We name the gap.

Target picture against where you are today: what is missing in the data, the platform, operations, automation? The gap points at the layer that comes next.

Two people stand at a glass wall after dark, blank notes arranged in two clusters with an empty stretch of glass between them, one pointing at the gap.
STEP 3

The roadmap names the order.

What comes out is not a concept paper but a prioritised roadmap: which layer first, what it delivers, and how the value gets measured.

Two hands set blank white cards into a single long row on a pale grey table in window light.

Four engagements, four results on the record.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions about the Agentic Growth Stack.

What the stack is, where you enter it, and what a workshop costs — the questions that come up before the first meeting.

What is the Agentic Growth Stack?

The Agentic Growth Stack is our portfolio in four layers: Plan, Build, Operate, Automate. Plan sets the target picture and the roadmap, Build builds the platform and the data flows, Operate embeds operations and adoption, Automate hands recurring work to agents. Each layer ends in something usable.

Do we have to start with Plan?

No. If the target picture and the architecture are already in place, you can start straight with Build. If they are missing, Plan supplies them, otherwise you build on assumptions.

What does a layer deliver at the end?

Something usable. Plan ends in a target picture and a roadmap, Build in a running platform with its data flows, Operate in operations and measured adoption, Automate in agents working inside the process. Not a concept paper.

How do the layers depend on each other?

Each layer assumes what the one before it delivers. Build works from the target picture out of Plan, Automate needs the clean data out of Build, and Operate keeps both running. That is where the order comes from — not from having to buy all four.

How does an engagement start?

With a workshop in which we establish where you stand and sharpen the target picture. It produces a prioritised roadmap, not a concept paper, but the order in which things get built.

What comes out of the workshop?

A picture of where you stand, the gap, and the layer to start with. Plus the solutions in that layer, in the order that pays off.

What does it cost?

The price depends on the layer and the scope and is fixed after the workshop. We name it once it is clear what gets built. A number without a target picture would be guesswork.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope of the layer, not on a standard duration. Because our teams work with AI in the loop, platforms go live in weeks rather than quarters; the roadmap from the workshop names the dates for your case.

Can we book a single layer only?

Yes, every layer is bookable on its own. Together they work as a system, but nobody has to buy four layers to start with one.

What happens after go-live?

Operate takes over: operations, adoption and security are embedded in everyday work, so the platform is carried by the team after the rollout. That is where most projects fail, not at the technology, but at the missing operator.

How do we keep control over the agents?

Through approvals and observability: agents work to clear rules inside the CRM, their steps are traceable, and the last step sits with a human. A system nobody can follow is a system nobody uses.

Do you only work with HubSpot?

HubSpot is our home turf, and we are a Diamond Partner. It is not the whole job. The custom software above it and the integration of core systems such as ERP, CPQ, PIM or DAM are platform-independent.
