Connected Data & Integrations

ERP, data warehouse and specialist systems are connected to the CRM so data is created in one place and is correct everywhere, which is the precondition for reporting that holds and agents that act reliably.

What we look at

From three versions of the truth to one.

One leading system per data object

Each data object has exactly one leading system, and that is the most important decision in any integration. Customer, order, product: who leads, who follows, and in which direction changes flow.

We build interfaces that can be watched

Every synchronisation is logged, errors are reported rather than swallowed, and a failed sync is noticed in the morning, not in the quarterly report.

Data quality is secured at the source

Validation and duplicate checks run at the point of creation, not as an annual clean-up. That is how the single source of truth stays single.

What you receive

Four pieces that keep the data straight.

Integration architecture

Which systems are connected, which one leads per object and in which direction data flows.

ERP & DWH connection

SAP, Dynamics, data warehouse and specialist systems connected, live, documented and maintainable.

Data quality at the source

Validation and duplicate checks at the point of creation, not as a clean-up after the fact.

Monitoring & error handling

Every synchronisation logged and errors reported rather than swallowed, so deviations show up immediately.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Connected Data & Integrations

Which systems do you connect?

Typically SAP and other ERPs, Microsoft Dynamics, data warehouses and industry-specific systems, connected to HubSpot as the central process platform.

What does leading system mean?

For each data object, whether customer, order or product, there is exactly one system whose state counts. All others follow. Without that decision every integration produces conflicts nobody can resolve.

Real time or batch?

It depends on the use case. Whatever triggers processes runs event-based; whatever feeds reporting can run on a schedule. What matters is not speed but that errors are noticed and handled.

What happens when an interface fails?

It is reported rather than swallowed, because monitoring and error handling are part of every interface. In live operation Operate takes that over.

Why does this matter for AI agents?

An agent is only as reliable as the data it works on. Contradictory data states mean wrong decisions, so consistent, connected data is the foundation for Automate.
