Change & Adoption

A platform only pays off when people work with it. We prepare the organisation for the new way of working before go-live, instead of explaining it afterwards.

A man sits at a desk in an office in the evening with his hand and a stylus on a small pen tablet beside the keyboard, looking at the monitor in front of him, a violet notebook on the desk.
A man draws a flow of empty boxes joined by arrows on a dark slate wall with a marker, a violet upholstered chair standing at the meeting table. A hand presses a blank white card into one of three rows of blank cards on a grey felt wall, a small violet box of pins on the sideboard below. Two colleagues seen from behind sit at a meeting table and look up at a wall screen showing blurred rising bars, a violet folder lying on the table.
What we look at

From a rollout date to a way of working that holds.

Change starts in Build, not after it

The people who will work with the platform are involved while it is being built. What they tell us about their day changes the platform, and what changes in the platform is no longer a surprise on the day it goes live.

Roles before training

Who decides what, who owns which data, which steps move from a person to an agent: that is settled first. Training on a process nobody has agreed on only teaches the clicks.

Adoption is measured, not assumed

After go-live we look at what is actually used: which pipelines carry the work, where teams fall back on the old workaround, which step gets skipped. Those numbers direct the next round, not a survey.

What you receive

Four things that make a change stick.

Role & decision map

Who is affected, who decides, who carries it: named roles with decision rights per process.

Communication plan

What is said when and by whom, from announcement to go-live, so the platform is not a rumour before it is a tool.

Training per role

Not one course for everyone, but the steps each role actually performs, on their own processes and their own data.

Adoption measurement

Usage per team and per process after go-live, with a defined follow-up where it lags.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Change & Adoption

What is Change & Adoption?

The organisational half of a platform project: roles and decision rights, communication, role-specific training and a measurement of what is actually used after go-live. It runs alongside Build rather than after it.

Why during Build and not after go-live?

Because the decisions that create resistance are taken while the platform is being built: who owns which data, which process changes, what an agent takes over. Explaining them afterwards costs far more than agreeing them in time.

Who has to be involved on your side?

The people who will work in the system every day, and the managers who own the processes. A project team without either produces a platform that is technically correct and practically avoided.

How do you measure adoption?

By usage in the system rather than by opinion: which teams work in the pipelines, where data is maintained, where the old workaround is still faster. The numbers come from the platform itself.

How does this relate to AI Enablement & Academy?

Change & Adoption carries the organisation through the change up to go-live. AI Enablement & Academy keeps the skills growing afterwards, in operation, as teams start working with agents.
