Automate is the fourth layer of the Agentic Growth Stack

AI agents take over commercial and operational processes. Less manual work, more margin.

If at least one of these points applies, an initial consultation is worthwhile.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Automate

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot reacts to single inputs based on rules. An AI agent pursues a goal, makes decisions, uses systems such as your CRM and carries out multi-step tasks on its own. In short: the chatbot answers, the agent acts.

What does the Automate layer cover?

AI Agents & Copilots, AI Workflow Automation, Agent Monitoring & Optimization and AI Governance & Compliance. Building, running, measuring and safeguarding agents.

Do we keep control over the agents?

Yes. Approvals, logging and audit trails are part of the build, not a retrofit. Where an agent reaches its limit, it hands over to a person.

Do we need Plan and Build first?

Not formally, but in practice: agents are only as reliable as the data and processes beneath them. Where that basis is missing, Plan establishes what is needed first.
