Start your career while you are still studying.
A dual programme with us runs one to two years, depending on how your course is built. You combine the theory of your degree with the practical side in our team, on live client work rather than on exercises.
Your hours follow your timetable, not the other way round. Exams, deadlines and reading weeks come first: in the weeks that mix theory and practice you work up to 20 hours with us, in the pure practice phases 40.
From day one you have a mentor in the team, someone who knows the work and has time for your questions. Many of our former students are permanent colleagues today, and that is the direction the programme is built for.
What past students say about it.
“As a working student at Thorit I get to experience marketing automation hands-on and shape it myself — practical, innovative and always up to date.”
“At Thorit I can develop my full potential. The open culture and the flexible way of working let me take on the demands of a dual degree, even in the intense phases.”

How a dual programme with us is put together.
Duration
A dual programme normally runs between one and two years, depending on how your course is structured. The point of that span is to give you room to gather real experience while your degree is still running.
Working hours
Part time and flexible, built around your academic commitments. Exams, project deadlines, reading weeks: up to 20 hours a week when theory and practice mix, 40 in the pure practice blocks.
Mentoring
From your first day you are paired with a mentor from the team who helps you find your way into the role, build your skills and keep your own goals in sight — at university as much as at work.
After graduation
Graduating does not have to mean goodbye. Many of our former students are permanent team members today, and a full-time role with us is the intended next step rather than a lucky exception.
Questions? We have answers.
Four steps from application to your first day.
First the online application: the form and your CV. Then we meet, so we can hear what you want out of the programme. Third, a small task or project, where you show what you can do rather than describe it. And if it fits on both sides: welcome aboard — we build a schedule around your university commitments.
