HubSpot Pricing & Costs

The licence list is the smaller part of the bill. The larger part arises during implementation, integration and operation.

What the costs are

The licence is the part everyone quotes.

HubSpot costs consist of four components: the licence fee per hub and tier, the number of paid user seats, contact-based marketing components, and one-time onboarding packages. All four vary with what you actually need — which is why there is no price list here. You get a quote calculated for your case.

On top of that come the items most often missing from offers: integrating the systems you already run, cleaning up legacy data, training and enablement, and operating the system after go-live. Compare licences alone and you are comparing a quarter of the total cost.

And a tip that saves money: the higher tier is often unnecessary. What drives the requirement is permissions, pipeline size and automation depth — not company size.

The cost components

Where the money actually goes.

  1. Licence per hub

Every hub is priced on its own tier — Starter, Professional or Enterprise — and the tiers can differ from one hub to the next.

  2. Paid user seats

Only the seats that sell, serve or market are paid. Read-only access across the rest of the company costs nothing.

  3. Marketing contacts

The marketing tier bills per contact you actually market to, so the list you store and the list you pay for are two different numbers.

  4. One-time setup

Configuration, migration and the connections to your other systems are billed once, at the start, against a defined scope.

  5. Ongoing operation

Further development, data maintenance and support carry on after go-live, agreed as a contingent or a retainer.

How we deal with this

We price the system, not the licence.

Requirement before stage

First the requirements definition, then the product level — not the other way around.

Full costs instead of licence

Implementation, integration, cleanup and operation are all included in the calculation.

Fixed price for entry

The Discovery Workshop runs at a fixed price, without any open daily rates.

Expansion in stages

Only what makes financial sense — further hubs will follow when the need is proven.

FAQ

The questions that come before the quote.

Why are there no prices here?

Because HubSpot changes tiers and packaging regularly, and a static page then shows the wrong numbers. We calculate your case with current conditions — more reliable than a table someone has to maintain.

What does the implementation cost?

That depends on scope, the state of your data and the number of systems. The Enterprise Discovery Workshop runs at a fixed price and delivers exactly that estimate — as a figure you can hold us to, not a range.

Do we need the Enterprise tier?

Often not. What drives the requirement is permissions, the number of pipelines and automation depth. We settle the tier against your requirements before any licences are ordered.

Do we get better conditions through a partner?

As a Diamond Partner we handle the licensing with you. The bigger effect is in getting the tier right, though: one level too high costs more year after year than any discount brings in.

What does operation cost?

It is agreed as a contingent or a retainer and grows with what you need — see Managed HubSpot Platform.
