agent-native.

We bring strategy, AI engineering and CRM together into one Agentic Growth Stack: from the first idea to production, measured by growth rather than by effort. As a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner we work from our headquarters in Böblingen and our innovation hub in Lisbon, for enterprise and upper mid-market companies across DACH and the Nordics. Leading companies from mechanical engineering to the life sciences rely on it.

About Thorit
Why clients call us

Agents pay off when these three are in place.

Scattered data, a platform the team works around, and nobody owning it after go-live. Clear these three and an agent has everything it needs. That is usually the whole distance between a pilot and a payback.

Start with a workshop
Scattered data, no single source of truth

The same customer exists five times: in the sales CRM, in the service system, in the subsidiary's instance, in a price list, in a portal nobody maintains. Every quote uses whichever number was closest to hand.

Answered in Plan and Build
Manual workarounds, no interface per role

Two years after go-live the dealer still emails a spreadsheet and the field technician still phones the office. Not stubbornness: no interface was ever built for their role. Work outside the system cannot be measured, or handed to an agent.

Answered in Plan, Build and Operate
No owner, no training, nobody measures it

The project closed, the admin changed roles, and the business case was never opened again. The team got a handover instead of training, and nobody managed the change. Nothing fails loudly: adoption drifts, data goes stale, and nobody measures what the platform returned.

The solution

One commercial platform. One version of the truth.

One CRM, one customer view, one set of processes, with ERP, CPQ, PIM and DAM connected to it instead of beside it.

Connected core systems

ERP, CPQ, PIM, DAM and CMS join through one integration standard, and stay observable.

One interface for every role

Dealers, customers, field service and inside sales each work in a screen built for their job.

What we do

Four phases, from the roadmap to agents in production

Most enterprise projects stall in the pilot, because the data, the platforms and the processes were never built for autonomy. So we work in four phases that build on each other: the Agentic Growth Stack. Each one ends in something usable rather than a presentation.

Plan

We establish where you stand, sharpen the goals and set a roadmap that fits your data, your processes and your organisation.

Build

We build the platform: CRM, custom software and the data flows between them, properly integrated instead of side by side.

Operate

We embed operations, adoption and security in everyday work, so the platform is carried by the team after the rollout.

Automate

Agents take over recurring work, monitored and measurable, with clear rules for governance and compliance.

What you get

Every phase ends in something you can use.

Each phase ends in something the business can use: a target picture and a business case you can decide on, a platform in production, a process your team actually runs, and finally agents that run monitored and measured. The order comes from NATIVE, our framework for the transformation into an agent-native company. It scores six dimensions, and the weakest one sets the pace, so nothing gets built on ground that will not hold.

  • Plan Readiness, target picture, roadmap
  • Build CRM, software, data flows
  • Operate Operations, adoption, security
  • Automate Monitored, measurable agents

Trusted partnerships

Leadership support through periods of change.

Certifications and partner status are the entry ticket, not the argument. What decides a programme this size is who stays accountable once it is in production.

Frequently asked

What companies ask before they start with agents

Answers on services, working together and what agents actually require. If your question is missing, ask us directly.

What does Thorit actually do?

Thorit is an AI and CRM consultancy for enterprise B2B: we build the CRM and data foundation, engineer the custom software on top of it, and put agents into the processes that matter. The sequence is the point. Agents only work when the processes, data and systems underneath them are clean.

Which services do you offer?

Five: CRM implementation and optimisation as a HubSpot Diamond Partner, AI-assisted software engineering for platforms and portals, AI strategy and advisory, agentic AI from use case to production, and data architecture and integration.

What is the Agentic Growth Stack?

The Agentic Growth Stack is our build in four phases: Plan, Build, Operate, Automate. Plan sets the target picture and the roadmap, Build builds the platform and the data flows, Operate embeds operations and adoption, Automate hands recurring work to agents. Each phase ends in something usable.

Do you only work with HubSpot?

HubSpot is our home turf, and we are a Diamond Partner. It is not the whole job. The custom software above it and the integration of core systems such as ERP, CPQ, PIM or DAM are platform-independent.

Do you build software or only advise?

We build. Alongside strategy and architecture our teams engineer platforms, portals and products on a modern web stack, with AI in the loop across the cycle, from architecture and code to review, tests and documentation.

Which industries do you work in?

Nine: construction and building materials, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods and retail, professional services, media and telecommunications, automotive and mobility, financial services and insurance, and aerospace and defence. References include ZEISS, ArcelorMittal, Ricoh and Dovista.

How does an engagement start?

With a workshop in which we establish where you stand and sharpen the target picture. It produces a prioritised roadmap, not a concept paper, but the order in which things get built.

Do we have to start with Plan?

No. If the target picture and the architecture are already in place, you can start straight with Build. If they are missing, Plan supplies them, otherwise you build on assumptions.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope of the phase, not on a standard duration. Because our teams work with AI in the loop, platforms go live in weeks rather than quarters; the roadmap from the workshop names the dates for your case.

What does it cost?

The price depends on the phase and the scope and is fixed after the workshop. We name it once it is clear what gets built. A number without a target picture would be guesswork.

Who works on the project, and from where?

Our teams sit in Böblingen near Stuttgart and in our innovation hub in Lisbon, with a small team in Aarhus. We work for companies across DACH and the Nordics.

What happens after go-live?

Operate takes over: operations, adoption and security are embedded in everyday work, so the platform is carried by the team after the rollout. That is where most projects fail, not at the technology, but at the missing operator.

What is an AI agent in an enterprise context?

An AI agent runs a process end to end instead of only producing text: it reads the request, pulls data from the connected systems, produces the result and hands it to a human for approval.

We already use AI tools. Why has nothing changed?

Because buying tools is not the same as changing how the work runs. Without a CRM and data foundation, without interfaces for the roles that actually do the work, and without someone owning operations, a tool sits beside the process instead of in it.

What is the NATIVE framework?

NATIVE is our framework for the six dimensions that decide whether agentic AI sticks: North Star, Architecture, Talent and Teams, Integrity, Value Tracking, and Execution and Scale. Overall maturity equals the weakest dimension, not the average.

Do you apply NATIVE to yourselves?

Yes. Thorit is the first reference implementation of its own framework. We do not sell anything we have not run on ourselves.

How do you keep control over what an agent does?

Through approvals and observability: agents work to clear rules inside the CRM, their steps are traceable, and the last step sits with a human. A system nobody can follow is a system nobody uses.

How do you measure whether it paid off?

Against a value case that keeps being checked after go-live. Value Tracking is one of the six NATIVE dimensions. A business case nobody looks at again after the project is the most common reason the promised return never arrives.
