Dashboards, KPIs & Data Intelligence

Metrics with clear definitions, dashboards per role and a forecast leadership trusts, out of the system rather than out of spreadsheets, on the data base of the connected systems.

A woman seen from behind at a desk in an office after dark, looking at a large monitor showing a grid of blurred blocks.
A laptop and a tablet side by side on a desk, each screen showing a different set of blurred bars. Two colleagues seen from behind, one standing at a wall monitor with large blurred blocks, the other seated at a laptop with small blurred bars. A hand holds a blank printout up beside a monitor showing blurred blocks and bars while the other hand rests on the mouse, a violet notebook under the keyboard.
What we look at

From a defined number to a decision.

Definition first, dashboard second

Every metric has one unambiguous calculation rule and one owner. Two departments calculating the same number differently is not a reporting problem, it is a definition problem.

We build dashboards per role

Leadership sees trends and forecast, team leads see pipeline and bottlenecks, the team sees its own work. One dashboard for everyone is a dashboard for nobody.

And we check the data before we visualise it

A beautiful chart on bad data is more dangerous than no chart at all, because it looks reliable.

What you receive

Four things that make the numbers usable.

KPI definitions

Every metric with an unambiguous calculation rule and an owner. One truth instead of three versions.

Dashboards per role

Leadership, team leads and the team each see what their decisions actually need.

Forecast & reporting

A forecast out of the system with traceable logic, without a side calculation in spreadsheets.

Verified data base

Reporting stands on validated data, and where the base does not hold, we say so first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Dashboards, KPIs & Data Intelligence

How is this different from standard CRM reports?

Standard reports show what the system happens to hold. We first define which decisions the numbers are meant to carry, set the calculation rules and then build dashboards per role, on a verified data base.

Which tools do you use?

Primarily HubSpot’s reporting layer. Where requirements go beyond it, we connect BI tools and the data warehouse, decided by need rather than by catalogue.

What if our data quality is not good enough?

Then we say so before we visualise anything. Often the answer is a combination: secure data quality at the source through Connected Data & Integrations while building the first dependable metrics in parallel.

How quickly are there first results?

The first dashboards typically stand after a few weeks, starting with the metrics that carry upcoming decisions. The rest follows the plan from the Plan phase.

Who keeps the dashboards current?

Operate does, in live operation. Definitions, dashboards and the data base evolve when processes change, otherwise reporting quietly goes stale.
