The situation

A consultancy that maps processes for a living, with its own left fragmented.

DEMICON is one of the leading providers of digital transformation in the DACH region: over 150 experts, working on agile transformation and Atlassian solutions and supporting customers through modern IT and business implementations. Its own marketing ran on systems too fragmented to pass anything cleanly from one step to the next.

Content creation, lead generation and reporting could not work together across them. A strategic realignment made that worth fixing, and what DEMICON was looking for was one scalable platform on which marketing processes could be mapped and automated.

A car's digital instrument cluster glows blue behind the rim of the steering wheel, showing remaining range and trip figures.
Seen from above, several people stand around a large lit touch table showing a world map and move dark circular tokens across it.

What we settled first

A roadmap with the use cases in the order that mattered.

Use cases prioritised, not all at once. Onboarding ran to a defined roadmap with milestones and a ranked list of use cases. That ordering is the named reason the go-live was uneventful, and the reason people were still using the platform after it.

Two hubs, one account. Marketing Hub and Content Hub were set up as a single platform, starting with account structure, user roles and base configuration. Content, campaigns and reporting then sit in the same system by construction, rather than being joined to each other later.

The team runs it, we stay reachable. Training was practical and on DEMICON's own setup, with managed services behind it for the long term. A consultancy buying consulting knows the difference between being handed a platform and being handed a dependency, and it was worth being on the right side of that.

Roles before content

Account structure and user roles were configured before anything was published.

Decisions in the open

Regular coordination and an open feedback format kept expectations clear and decisions quick.

Where the leads arrive

Landing pages, newsletters and a blog were set up as the surface that collects them.

Right time, right content

Target segments get addressed with the content that fits them.

Personalised and data-driven

The platform is what makes personalised content and data-driven work possible.

What we changed

Content creation, lead generation and reporting sit in one system now.

Marketing Hub and Content Hub set up as one platform, so content and campaigns report into the same place

Account structure, user roles and base configuration were done first. Everything built after that sits inside one system instead of being integrated into it afterwards.

Workflows for lead qualification, with e-mail sequences and follow-ups, so a lead is worked without being chased by hand

Qualification runs as a rule, and the sequence that follows it runs with it. Nobody has to remember to send the second e-mail.

A central online magazine on Content Hub, so content has one home instead of one per channel

The magazine was structured and built as the content hub for cross-channel publishing. It is what campaigns and lead management now draw on.

Training on their own setup, with managed services behind it, so the platform keeps developing after go-live

The DEMICON team was enabled to run the thing themselves. Long- term support covers what comes up later, which is the half of adoption that a launch does not settle.

The outcome

The Content Hub is what the next campaign starts from.

DEMICON ended with the technical basis for automated marketing, content setups for every channel and a team trained on the platform. The Content Hub now carries campaigns, lead management and international growth, which is what the strategic realignment was for.

Three things carried it: a defined roadmap with milestones and prioritised use cases, which is the named reason the go-live went smoothly and take-up stayed high; regular coordination in an open feedback format, which kept expectations clear and decisions quick; and HubSpot work and marketing consulting arriving in the same project.

What we do

The Agentic Growth Stack in four phases.

Four phases that build on each other. Each one ends in something usable rather than a presentation — a roadmap you can budget, a platform in production, an operation the team carries, and agents working inside the process.

Plan

We establish where you stand, sharpen the goals and set a roadmap that fits your data, your processes and your organisation.

Build

We build the platform: CRM, custom software and the data flows between them, properly integrated instead of side by side.

Operate

We embed operations, adoption and security in everyday work, so the platform is carried by the team after the rollout.

Automate

Agents take over recurring work, monitored and measurable, with clear rules for governance and compliance.
